We're the longest standing pool freediving club in the UK, based in Richmond, at Pools on the Park.
The home of uk pool training, our club is anything but ordinary.
Whether you’re a newly qualified diver or already competing at the highest level, at LFD we proudly bring together champions and beginners in one inclusive, supportive club where progress is celebrated at every stage.
Run by Beci Ryan (Overall UK champion ) and Lydia Gard from EC|HO, our tribe thrives on shared passion, mutual respect, and the belief that everyone can grow, learn, and succeed side by side. We operate a buddy system and safety is our primary concern.
We welcome all qualified, insured freedivers on Thurdays, 9-10pm to our sessions at Pools on The Park, Old Deer Park, Richmond.
